What we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect: arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children and the children’s ages, country, full name, email address, preferred reply language, purpose of the trip, estimated arrival time and the content of your message. We do not collect payment details.

Purpose

We use your data solely to answer your inquiry and arrange a possible booking. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who has access

The form is processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider. We receive the notification by email through Google’s Gmail service. Both providers may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to reply to you and arrange a booking. Received inquiries are deleted from time to time.
